Information collected automatically In brief: using or visiting the Services may result in certain information being recorded automatically. When you access the website or platform, technical information may be gathered without you entering it manually. This helps with security, troubleshooting and a consistent user experience. - Consent - you have agreed to our use of your information and may withdraw that agreement at any time; see the Consent withdrawal section below.
- Contract - the information is necessary to enter into or perform an agreement with you.
- Legitimate interest - processing supports reasonable business activities that do not override your rights, such as relevant communications or protecting the Services.
- Legal obligation - processing is required by law or is necessary to respond to a lawful request from a public authority.
- Vital interests - information may be used when necessary to protect a person's life or physical safety.

The Services may contain links or advertisements for websites operated by other parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies and related tools may recognise your browser, save preferences, keep sessions secure and measure traffic. You can manage or disable them through browser settings, although turning off certain cookies may affect how some features operate.
7. HOW LONG IS INFORMATION RETAINED?
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, satisfy regulatory obligations or manage potential claims and disputes. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
8. INFORMATION SECURITY
We use security measures commonly applied in the industry, but no system connected to the internet can guarantee absolute security. Using the Services involves the normal risks associated with digital communication.
9. INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN

10. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS
In brief: available rights vary according to your location and may include GDPR rights in the European Union. These rights help you manage your personal information. You can use your account to review, change or delete information. Depending on applicable law, your rights may include:
- Receiving a copy of the personal information we hold and details about the information relating to you.
- Asking us to correct inaccurate information or delete information that is no longer necessary.
- Asking us to restrict processing or objecting to specific uses, including marketing communications.
- Obtaining your information in a structured and reusable format where legally available.
- Not being subject solely to an automated decision, including AI-based profiling, without human involvement.
To exercise these rights, use the contact details in the “CONTACT US” section. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you live in the EEA or United Kingdom, you may also raise a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe our processing breaches the law. Withdrawing consent: if consent is the applicable legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before it occurred. Marketing preferences: you can stop promotional emails by choosing “Unsubscribe”, replying to an SMS with “STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE” or contacting us. We may still send essential service communications. Account information You can review or amend your account details:
- Through your account settings

Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Cookies and related technologies: browsers commonly accept cookies by default. You can configure your browser to reject or delete them, but some functionality may become unavailable. To opt out of interest-based advertising, visit aboutads.info/choices. Questions about your personal information rights may be sent to [email protected]
11. DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS
Some browsers can send a “Do-Not-Track” (DNT) signal, but no universally adopted technical standard explains how it must be handled. We therefore do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a recognised standard is introduced, we will update this notice.
12. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
We may amend this notice when necessary, including where legislation or regulatory expectations develop. The date shown at the top will change with each new version, which becomes effective once published. If changes are significant, we may announce them on the website or contact you directly. We recommend checking this page periodically.
